Ashlar is a revival of my old project Lithium Desktop. It is a minimalist theming engine. Like Window Blinds, but only a subset. More like Fluxbox for the linux/freebsd os.

I decide to dig up my old project after having been frustrated at Vista’s slow speed in my computer. It’s usability too, in my opinion leaves more to be desired - especially the Windows Menu.

I hope to make an eye-candy, yet quick, and easy to use shell.
